6) Research your chosen property at City Hall.

7) Draft an offer for your chosen property.

8) Negotiate the offer on your behalf to achieve the best price, inclusions and dates. Joanne is a proven expert in negotiation with over 22 years of experience and it is here that she may be most valuable to you!

9) Review the minutes, bylaws, financial statements and Form B for your selected property.

10) Facilitate the process of selecting a source for financing, lawyer/notary and building inspector.

11) Co-ordinate the removal of all the conditions of you offer.

12) Guide you through arranging mover and transfer of utilities and providing you contact numbers for your family needs.

13) Prepare all the documentation for the Conveyance Department at ReMax Sabre Realty to send instructions for your lawyer or notary. Assuring at time of closing that all is going well between your notary/lawyer and the Sellers representative.

14) Collecting keys from the listing agent and arranging access to your new home.
